Trending @Cognizant; Is special salary revision possible in cts

I'm Promoted to SA in Feb 2025 with 8 yoe ,my ctc is 12lpa even after revision,i joined CTS in 2021 june, i was not satisfied with my package and I'm under paid.my rating is 5 for two continuous years, i have asked for special revision,associate director told last time he is already tap on it and they are waiting for HR to open revision window .any suggestions please.
