Is Silver ETF a Good investment option ?

Invest in government stocks (which give a good dividend). Buy silver bars or utensils, profit on Silver ETFs is taxable. Silver will be 6000 per gram in 2035. (As per prediction). The reason is silver is in high demand and production is less. Further, it takes about 7 years for a new silver mine to produce silver.
