Is sales/target pressure is more in HDFC than Icici bank ? Cuz I’m thinking to switch from Credit dept to business team.! Genuine fdbck pls.

Which I know might be wrong also. In HDFC you get incentives while you perform, here in ICICI its not there. Pressure is there in both the banks its upto you how you handle it, how you perform.
