Is salary increment via wings2??
After completion powerplay 1 , is it true the salary increment happens?? If yes then how much ?? Any one idea??

Salary increment is based on your current ctc, current grade, role you are choosing,
All powerplays combined could be 5% to 50%. depending on above factors

@iPretendToWork what does it mean when you say it is dependent on the current CTC. If my current CTC is more(say by clearing wings 1), is the incremental will be more or less ?

If 16LPA is the market standard for the role you are choosing (eg Technical Architect) in wings2
If your CCTC is 10LPA Then wings2 will match that gap of 6LPA.
If your CCTC is 15LPA Then wings2 will match that gap of 1LPA.
All numbers/role mentioned here are examples
