If your past few months project work model is 2+ or 3+ days hybrid model means, your promotion depends on the RTO report.

If your work model is remote for the past months means, RTO won't have any impact on you4 promotion.

If you are associate plus means, your promotion based on promotion eligible SO in talent market place.
