Is resigning without an offer in hand a good idea?

Been here for almost 4 years right after college, I don't feel like continuing anymore! Giving interviews but no luck yet! Ghosted by 2 companies after making it through the HR or Managerial rounds, rejected by a few companies, will keep trying, but don't feel like working here anymore! Suggestions on this?

What do you think about the whole market down thing? And the whole no/delayed hike situation smart to leave now or should I wait?

If you have generational wealth, sure. Otherwise, please don’t. At times little delays in getting another opportunity causes a great deal of anxiety, fear and restlessness. Long delays might even be worse. In my opinion, current market conditions do not favour job seekers. It is a wait and watch game. So play it! Good Luck!!

Nope no generational wealth sadly😭 and I also totally understand the anxiety part 🥲, it's just that there seems to be no other way out! So just taking the leap of faith!
