Is resignation date the last working day?

My offer letter says that if I resign within 12 months of payout date of the joining bonus, I will need to return it. My company has a notice period of 60 days. So if the payout date is June 2023, and I put in papers May 2024, my last working day would be July 2024. Will I have to repay the bonus?

Within a year => time from joining to last working day
I missed the bonus by 15 days. (Just before completing a year) Also had to pay the wfh reimbursement.
