Is Recruitment really tough now ?
I am a finance professional working in Bengaluru and this year I had some really tough interview experiences. You are expected to be technically super strong. I went prepared for the interviews and my interviews went well however I wasn’t selected and didn’t get any feedback from any of the companies . The recruiters can ask any random question and expect you to know the answer. Some may even take an exam. In an interview, everything went fine but still was not selected. It’s difficult to understand the mindset of the recruiters.
