Is recession still there 🤔?
I would like to respectfully inquire about your perspective on the current state of the IT sector. Some individuals believe that the golden era of the IT sector occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, but that it has since declined. I would appreciate your insights on whether you share this sentiment and if you believe the market has changed significantly compared to the pre-pandemic period.
am thinking just a few people have been laid off. The loss making startups dont count as employee firing by them is natural. The quantity of layoffs from established profit making companies appear to be normal year end employee T.O. there will be replacement hiring. so, overall there is very limited layoffs. As usual our tech bros started cribbing and crying wolf over nothing. Fresher hiring is down, as there is some hangover from the over optimism from the pandemic times. If there was any recession, even a minor one, markets would have fallen, ceos/MD would have come on every channel /radio and declared end of times.
Isn't it always?!
