Is really stand a chance to move from non IT to IT in TcS?????

i have around 7.5 years of experience but in Mechanical design and now working in TCS from last 2 years and i have done course on cloud related to azure and pyspark And checking internally to move into any project Am i Stand a chance in TCS?? i dont want to go out of TCS due to market conditions that to without hands on
