Is R2 role possible for C2 Grade guy with 4 YOE as part of Wings 2 ?

I'm C2 grade guy (Wings 1 Digital cleared) , can I choose R2 role (Tech Architect ) for Wings 2 and proceed with learning? Will they reject based on YOE?

They will delay it intentionally when you appear for evaluation. Although you may complete your learnings. However, C3A is more easy for the same.

Currently I'm in C2 grade with 10 lpa CTC & 4 YOE .. how much hike I can expect if I clear a milestone with R1 Role like Sr. Engineer.
