Is QVA some kind of Joke or day light robbery?
There is no formula for any Bonus, QVA, on what basis 30% is been been given, what is Government doing for IT Employees? On what basis we can trust this Management ? Would there be any clear Explanation why QVA is so Low, it's been repeating allmost now year. Reduced QVA every quarter, only 30% been paid, what a shame.

Yes this is how they are showing profits outside beating market expectations.
Even if you raise a concern they say it is dependent on unit performance.
So as long as our unit is not performing, We are the ones who will suffer not them
