Is QV dpnds on avg of wfo of 3 mnths or for each month individually.
like to get the 100% of the QVA the RTO should be more than 85%. so if in 2 months i have 100% RTO and 1 month 70% will my RTO for that Qtr be considered as 90% or is it required to be more than 85% each month separately.
