Is quitting now a better Idea? Without offer

I have 5 years experience in python and angular with pay of 10.8 LPA. And this is my first company. I feel I am underpaid. I want to explore outside too. But the 90 days notice period is a big breaker. Shall I quit now without a potential offer and search outside? Is market good?
