Trending @Cognizant; Is q2 promotion effective from July,If not june means usually all the nomination process will be taken before the month of promotion right?

Like for March they do all the process in feb, for April they do all the nomination process in March . So obviously if the nomination are in May means then from June 1st it will be effective right ?

No. It will be effective from July 1st as the procedure just started it will taken entire june to complete it and till mid july it will reflect for respective candidates.
