Yesterday for me also the designation updated to A in both A360 and Teams. But my manager or EDL didn't nominate anyone for Q1

Not really..one of my colleagues whose joining is jan 2022 clearing all criteria..but still he is not promoted..feeling really sad for him😕🥲😪😢

Going forward no nomination is required if we fulfil the criteria and if we satisfy the quota count we will be automatically promoted
