Is promotion window open?

Hi all,any idea when Promotion window will be opened for March 2025?when will we get letters

Yes if your name is shared then you may get the letter during April appraisal if you do mot receive then have a word with manager so that you get the promotion during the next quarter also it depends upon projects budgets and other approvals

Actually mine was raised and got approved year back.currently org structure has changed so not sure what to do..it's still pending with HR

yes many managers say that it is pending with hr but every quarter manager would have to recommend your name so you are on the list

It’s not opened yet. It will only open after bands are released. May be around end if April

Then how you are sure , it is raised year back. My manager also said same thing to me, yet no proof that it is raised.
