Trending @Infosys; Is Previous rating make any impact on current rating
Actually got NI rating with my previous manager. And For the this time again NI rating with current manager, but when I ask to change the and Improve the rating he told like major reason is your old rating. I supported my argument by saying got many Appreciation/rewards this year. Can any one please clearly this?
Pls challenge the ratings. If you have got an award this year you have a solid proof of your performance. Hope your appreciation emails are also handy. Hope you have no escalations. Prior year rating cannot be given as justification. You should inform HR that this was the justification given to you. Put in on email , attach your appreciations and award and send an email to Reviwwr and HR.
Looks like they are preparing a layoff .. Heard lot of people are getting NI with same reason “issues found in production “ .. these are just excuses to fire people
Ideally previousrating will not impact.its purely on perrormance. You can challenge it
