The industry average salary of a SDE is very high as compared to power programmer. Not worthy.
They expect way too much from you 😕 and salary is like peanuts, better is switch, one of my friend switched from dse to sde at a bank and got 16lpa from 6lpa, i waited for power programmer, i got 9lpa now increased to 12lpa, and his increased to 25lpa, therefore switch switch switch. I am too.
