Is power BI easy to learn? are there good job opportunities?

So basically I hold 4.6 yrs of exp out of which 2.7 yrs is non technical exp got hired in tcs as cpp developer working in tcs since 2 yrs but never worked on development they just made me to work in excel or send emails to client. Now want to switch but if I switch with cpp skills which I dont have at all I am unable to crack interview. One of my friend suggested to learn power bi or data analyst. So started learning power bi now. Just want to know is learning power bi difficult ? Do they get god job opportunities? Do they get paid well ? Will I get project for power bi internally in tcs without experience?
