Is pip cycle over for dec ? My vp was 0 but no communication by my HR or PL yet

If your VP was 0, there is a good chance that you had an IP rating during your December cycle. You should immediately check with your people lead or talent lead. All the people with IP in December cycle will soon see a PIP plan initiated in January per the information I am hearing.

My PL earlier in mid nov stated that in 15 or 30 days HR guidelines shall come and it might or might not be pip can start. He has given my name for one project and also is allowing me to take project outside client , mine case is safe then right ?
