Is PF deduction mandatory for shortlisting
Hi, I was doing a pre screening for a big 4 and i mentioned currently i am working with a start-up and they don't have PF deduction.
They said we can't move forward your candidature due to this reason.

Some big companies have this rule. They don't consider your experience. Not every company does that. Be sure to join a company that has PF when you have multiple offers.

Lesson learnt hard, I want to switch as quick as possible, already tough market + these issues, my new firm do not have this and I joined few months back

Yea man a lot of companies verify employment only with PF and there's nothing you can do except asking if they are okay with form 16 + bank statements
