Is PF and Form16 compulsory required for job opportunities for IT experienced

Hi

My current company have no PF due to startup and less than 10 employees, and TDS also not deducted it's under non-taxable my package is 5.4 LPA than I not get form16 right.

But I am looking job opportunities, some company asking me, do you have PF account I said no than Form16 asking, I said both i don't have, then they said it's mandatory or else we not proceed.

I have all the docs except those but they don't agree it.

What shall I do now? Shall i get further opportunities or not?
