Is persistent Systems is worth to join? Job security is good in PS?

Hire and fire company. Very Risky

psl has sow for 3 months.Anytime you will be on bench and can be fired

If you are getting good hike, then no harm. In future, if you don’t have project, will have 3 months to find a project or a new job.

If you are in any project then you are safe. But if you are on bench then no guarantee.

They are a very immoral company which does hire n fire

Their contracts with clients are sometimes as less as 3 months. So, sometimes client don't want to renew the contract after 3 months which becomes risky as they'll ask to willingly resign

Hike Tatti hai, projects are way better than TCS and Wipro
