Then also not guaranteed. BU will see skill up and utilization. Then they will promote otherwise reject the nomination.
PA to A is being made more strict. You have to have 5 rating and RTO compliance to qualify for promotion , else they are deferring
I have heard that there is default promotion after 3 year completed. Is that right.
