Is OTT failing in India?

Guys working in OTT industry, is it true that the subscription rate has actually fallen? I mean I too was a avid OTT subscriber but now rely on telegram and other sources

OTT was a trend, people who could afford it were paying for it. With the current Job market situation, it will definitely slip, Youtube reported an uptake in self learning courses and skill improvement rather than timepass videos.

Attention is finding a new home(Upskilling to stay relevant), Having said that, there will always be new heads joining the OTT club. Keep an eye on acquisition and retention and DAU and MAU numbers for your company, it should give you some sense of where the industry is moving!

You use Tele. Many don't. OTT at rs.500-1000 is affordable by wife audience, and shareble nature means they feel it's worth it
