i don't know about optum culture. but i hate optum. mfs used spam my naukri profile every 3-4 days with job invite for call support. i was tired of declining. then they softbanned me from company from all roles because I wrote them an email lol. tried applying for dev role once, instant reject within 20 seconds. absolute shitshow
