If you want to be released in one day , you can talk to your HR about it.
I will explain you the scenario . I was working with Google process in Infosys. on August 2 I put my resignation papers and after that on a meet my manager told me I have an escalation and they ask me to leave . But this happen after my papers initiated in infyme esep system. But the hr told me either we will give you bench or If I want one day relieve am totally confused . If I initiated the separation what is the next process? either I need to to serve the bench period? or they will release me soon if I request for one day release or I need to wait till October 4th the last day as per system. whether If I want to relieve I need to pay any amount to company
Not possible. Unless and until you're laid off having option to either resign and get exit the same day or take PIP for couple of months
