Are On Duty requests auto-approved like WFH requests? I have raised OD but the manager is not approving it.

Depends on how your manager has configured it. Ours gets Auto Approved at the end of the 7th day. By default the manager needs to take action.

On Duty (OD) requests are not auto-approved. You need your manager's approval. Follow up with them directly to get it sorted.
