Is Notice period in TCS negotiable?

Hi, I'm for a switch from TCS, I'm getting many calls but all of them are not comfortable with 90 days notice period.

Is it possible to negotiate notice period for 30-45 days in TCS?

If you are still in project, then chances will be very less. TCS will not provide early release.

Better option is try to get release from project, then submit resignation while you are in bench. Then there will be a chance of early release (like 2 weeks)
