Trending @Accenture; Is my team lead taking credit for my work?
My manager doesn’t usually closely monitor the progress of our work and my team leads allocates work and take updates from us.So I asked him why was my VP less and I asked how much was his and he said it was 12 % for him he do t write one line of code from past 2 years and does not do much work so I asked him what feedback did you give to manager about my work and he said I gave good feedback then I asked let’s have a call You me and manager he said ok at first but after 5 min he pinged saying I had word with manager he will talk to higher management. Should I believe this guy,??
I do not if you can believe this guy.. but you made a good move, have a call with both of them.. My VP is not yet released when I was checking with lead regarding hikes the previous week, she has no clue and nobody is even bothered to get feedback from leads.. as we do not work closely with managers, they don’t even know what work we are doing and how we are performing and they get to decide our VP/hike or whatsoever..
Very disappointing!
