What exactly are you looking for here? What doubts/questions you have in mind? Is 42L fine for a 10YOE mobile developer? It depends. If you think you are underpaid and looking to earn more then you can definitely earn way more than this given you have the right skills

You can always upgrade by switching. If u get a good company like Uber then ur salary can be CTC 1Cr. I wouldn’t only take salary into consideration for doing this though
