Trending @Accenture; Is My Salary Aligned with the Market in CL 10?

I have 8 years of experience in process automation, with expertise in RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), VBA, Google Apps Script, LCNC (Power Platform), Python, and JavaScript.

I'm also proficient with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and Langroid, as well as LCNC AI tools like Writer, Lyzr, Windsurf, Cursor, and Amazon Q Developer. I’ve successfully built and deployed AI-driven use cases across multiple domains.

My current CTC is ₹13L (basic) + ₹2.5L (fixed), and I’d like to understand whether this is competitive in the current market for my experience and skill set.

Hi, I have 4 Lv 10 folks reporting to me. Two of them have joined as ASEs and two of them have joined as laterals. The pay parity between these two are huge. The ones who joined as ASEs..there fixed is somewhat 12LPA and the ones who joined as Laterals..there fixed is around 20LPA.. Also, it definitely depends on skills and how you sell yourself in the market..but the only possibility of exponential hike is to switch..so my advise is if you have been in accenture for more than 3 years then start looking elsewhere..

Hey, in all honesty, your pay needs a serious revision based on the skills and years of experience you have mentioned. My 2 cents: why don't you explore opportunities elsewhere?
