Is my profile/CV cooked?
Joined a Bank after MBA as a Product Manager, realised it wasn’t even close to actual PM work and had an extremely toxic boss who ruined my mental health
Worked - 13 months
Switched to a small fintech (preparing for its IPO now), was working in a pod where I was the sole PM, learned a lot but it was a very technical product (backend payments) and I had no peer learning (being the sole person in the team)
Worked- 11 months
Now in my 3rd company which is an established unicorn fintech. So far 6 months.

People tell me I’ve switched too often and now I won’t be shortlisted for MNC type setups (I wish to move to a larger org after sufficient learning experience and get out of this urgent toxic culture)

Atleast how long should I stay here so that I don’t completely ruin my profile (if not ruined already). I’ve completed 6 months here so far.
