Is my CTC ok?

I have 10+ years of experience in PR and I’m currently working with an Indian startup. The startup is doing ok given the marker conditions (just ok) so I only got a 13% appraisal last year and my CTC is now 26L. Is this too low or is it okay?

Not great but extremely bad as well considering the niche you're in. Next jump should definitely be 35LPA+. I am a growth marketer at startups.
