it is not very low. assuming you are sse and nees to move to staff. not everyone moves ro staff or principal in faang. it's a broader topic to solve. pleanty if sse folks in similar bucket in such companies. Moving to a 65 base could be the next thing in sse/entry level staff/Principal. Obviously perf bonus and stocks are tied to level and base.
