I have 5.5 years of experience in an American Fintech with 0 switch till now and I am in a PO/PM role and my total CTC is 26L

Salary is fine as per market scenario
Underpaid Salary should be >30L
Big time underpaid Salary should be >35L

perfect example why loyalty isn't worth much. In the same time had you switched twice or thrice, there are chances of atleast 1.5X higher comp than current if not 2X
