Trending @Infosys; Is more than 100% hike is possible?

I have 3yoe in infy current ctc is 4 lpa almost, I am trying to shift as data analyst they are offering 40-50 % hike only , I was expecting around 8lpa which is 100% hike is it possible to get that in my scenario ? I don't have much knowledge about switching , can anyone share anything, considering my scenario
