For more than 15 years of experience, by completing Wings 2, we got the increment of 6lakhs. So it's.really beneficial

MLT and Wings are two different things.

For completing MLT you will not get any monetary benefits. But if MLT is not compliant then it will impact your career progression, growth and promotions as well.

Where as Wings2 program will help you to achieve MLT as you will be doing and external certificate as a part of wings, along with that you will be rewarded with monetary benefits on completion of each power play.
