Is MLT Mandatory for Laterals
I’ve joined TCS on 2022. When the time of joining i had 9.5 years of exp. Now its almost 2 years in to TCS. Will MLT become mandatory programme for me? Please help to understand it further.

If you have not undergone any market level certification in past two years then your name will be appearing as MLT non compliant. So you have to get your self some market relevant certification. Connect your your immediate manager or TD to get details on which certification need to help you to be compliant.
MLT mandatory for exp level 10 to 20 years if any E2 not done in last months
If not completed 2 yet try to complete atleast internal e2
