Trending @Wipro; Is mid year appraisal a scam?

As it's the mid year appraisal time, I was thinking, is it even important? There is no hike, just comments that we get from the manager which are not even tagged correctly this time. The process is not structured now via feed forward. People who are in Wipro for a long time, should I be worrying about the feedback provided in mid year appraisal?

They should rename it to mid year feedback. Appraisal word raises our hopes for hike lol
