Is Meta London worth exploring?

Currently employed at Walmart as Principal Engineer. Meta recruiters are reaching out to explore Meta London. With the layoffs and uncertainty in market, is it worth exploring? I don’t have any known in Meta London and hence have no idea about WLB, Compensation etc. I am due to start the process but wondering if it’s worth the effort, I am pretty happy in Walmart currently and have an ok WLB and comp.

May I know your tech stack? Did they shortlist looking at your linkedin profile, or had you specifically applied on their website? btw, since Meta has started new office in Bangalore, why didn’t they call for this!! (I am assuming you are based out of India, and working in India only)

The Tech Stack is usual, backend architect/PE. Recruiters reached out via LinkedIn. Had calls with the recruitment team, cleared the screening, due to start the on site.
