Is MBA still worth it in 2024?

Or Experience is more needed or worth it for working in management and consulting field? I'm asking from the people working in management or consulting field.

My expectations from MBA are:- • to become job ready after the course (means from MBA I study subjects that are correlated with the job demands ) • gain enough knowledge (from the MBA course curriculum) about managing a company and also operating a business
• Decent package (8-9 lpa) at starting rest depends on my hardwork, patience and perseverance
