Is Master's abroad worth it ?

People already in industry for more than 3 years do you feel Master's abroad is worth it, with India's tech ecosystem having plenty of opportunities today for CS. Is gaining experience and keeping yourself updated sufficient if you are working in software engineering ?

For Non CS courses, masters can open more opportunities as India is heavily CS focused and after UG you don't get best opportunity in Non CS fields here.
