Is market is little cold for a job switch I am trying from last month post all the rounds the HR are ghosting what I need

Market is not that cold main problems are

1. 90 days notice period
2. HRs reaching candidates to reach their targets
3. HRs ghosting even after clearing all rounds bcoz of ghost hiring
4. Every company want employee who can do all the work development, devops, data engineer, data science and even cleaning n sweeping that also in just 100rs 200rs or if possible in free.

Same here. Whatever comments you are seeing are also correct. Hence why I have put down my papers and then searching, had to take that risk as there is no way anyone will accept for 90 days np.
