I am going to resign this week ? Is there mandatory to serve 90 days notice period? Is it Mandatory to WFO while serving NP? Any option to reduce NP and WFH?

Based on manager and project it Depends. If they want they can ignore that but no leaves were accepted this period

They never bother about your wfo. But If you expect any early release then pls stick with that. They will extend your NP based on it.

There is no such thing as extending NP. Once the resignation mail has been sent, then from that date its 3 months.

In notice period if you are on bench then you can ignore wfo but if you are in project then depends on hr and manager
