If you do "easy apply" like the rest of us, they ain't getting back to you. Try sending cold mails to recruiters and managers of that company. Even that doesn't guarantee a reply apparently.

Sure Bro I did cold mailing I did got a call from their team in a day but it happened only once

I actually got calls from LinkedIn MNC's if your skills match and cv is good they will call you
