LinkedIn Easy Apply
Does it even do any good?
Want to know from you folks if you've ever hired someone or gotten hired off of that.
I'm not getting calls or invites for the job opportunity from LinkedIn.
What is wrong with it or i have to take care of something ?
It is a bad market. Wait for things to improve
Some time back layoffs happened at Linkedin and the people who were let go by the firm were finding it tough to search the job through LinkedIn.. just saying… !
Same bro. None are replying. Where to apply then?
this system worked for me very well to get calls.
Go to LinkedIn.
In search, put "<job title> hiring".
Select "Past 24 hours" filter.
Find a post you like, research company.
If you like it, apply in their given method (email, link etc).
Send a connect request with note to the person who posted the opening.
They may accept or ignore but they will see your profile.
So keep a stellar profile, highlight wins, portfolio and achievements.
This method has advantages:
You'll definitely be among the first applicants. You'll jump ahead of many lazy applications.
You're directly getting the eye balls of the recruiter (a person instead of a computer).
If they accept your connection, share your phone number and get the ball rolling.
After that it's your communication skills and talent. Good luck my friend.
Is linkedin useless?
What else?

Does LinkedIn not work anymore? I always try to connect people or text them and it's always silence on the other side. Idk what will help me to level up I wanna switch but it's useless if no one wants to even interact.
Whenever i open LinkedIn nothing i found other then depression here forgot about job opportunity
Its going bad
And it hurts when i see something shit like my colleague a female just looking for job she found opportunities within weeks ...
It comes as a shock to be honest. Only 5 connection notes are allowed per month. Buy premium for unlimited notes. This is a night mare for job search. Anyone knows a workaround over this? Would really appreciate
