Does not help in any way except letting you see everyone who came on your profile. The inMails are also dicey considering they're more likely to be overlooked since all the sales reps are using them en masse.

I have landed jobs via LinkedIn twice. Both times I didn’t subscribe for premium membership.

I speak from experience, it's not worth it. It's just like a dating app add-on where it lets you know who stalked you. It's more useful if you're a LinkedIn creator than if you're looking for a job.

Depends, i used it to pitch for a role in a fintech. Role was not yet open in public and landed there(ofcourse after 6 rounds of interview) . Inmails are great as you can directly message anyone.

I was expecting better value but didn't get any from the paid subscription. Maybe typical for me but I didn't renew
