Is life more interesting in Mumbai over Bangalore

I have been meeting a lot of folks who have been enjoying Mumbai and feel the variety of people, conversations ( media, finance, sales, tech) is so much diverse over Bangaloreans (tech, startups). As a matter of fact had it not been for the weather and real estate cost, they would prefer Mumbai.

Any thoughts ? Is Bangalore so bad these days on every level?

Neither. Stockholm syndrome is the only reason to love any Indian city.
It takes 45 min to travel 5 kms in blore. At places where roads are good. Mumbai, local train lesser said the better. Hospitals, schools, roads it is so crowded that everyone is close to their breaking point. I don't have to start about pollution -water and air. Gone. Every year lakes catch fire in Bangalore. For any normal person the affordable housing is the size of a car park.

This is not the way to live. What's the point of meeting diverse people, if every other experience is shitty?

Want to leave an inheritance gift to your generation?. Leave the city.

Yep. Mumbai would overall have more interesting places and people and more history.
Bangalore is more about the new and upcoming.

Bangalore is also a lot of fun though

I have never been to Bangalore. But what I know so far, banglore feels more like an echo chamber. It lacks its own identity. Mumbai is more diverse, culturally rich and cosmopolitan .

Bangalore lacks empathy and socialism

Mumbai lacks it too. No one will bother you. But will always be ready to help when asked
